At Selah Skin, we believe skincare should never feel overwhelming. Every facial is thoughtfully customized to your skin’s unique needs, allowing you to rest while we create a treatment plan designed specifically for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Selah Skin, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can best serve all of our clients while respecting the time set aside for each treatment, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below. A deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled service.

ALL FACIAL SESSIONS REQUIRE A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may transfer their deposit to one future appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the deposit on file. We understand that emergencies happen and in the event of a legitimate emergency, appointments canceled within 24 hours may transfer their deposit to one future appointment at the discretion of Selah Skin. Deposits may only be transferred one time. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled or rescheduled again, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their service modified or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to submit a new deposit before booking future services. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time reserved specifically for your care. These policies allow us to continue providing a peaceful, intentional experience for every guest who visits Selah Skin.
